Responsibilities

- Maintain a central repository of communication content, easily accessed and shared by the team. Ensure all content is current and accurate through regular, ongoing reviews. Assist with quarterly updates to messaging.
- Update and maintain internal communications editorial calendar and manage team project request dashboard.
- Work collaboratively with our Design team to conceptualize and develop graphics for a broad spectrum of internal communications materials.
- Collaborate across the Marketing and Communications team and with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization to effectively deliver content to internal audiences.
- We're a passionate and dedicated team seeking an energetic person excited about the opportunity to showcase Cboe's internal culture and deliver employee-focused content that engages and informs our global associate base.
