  • As a Patient Access Representative in the Emergency Department, your responsibility is to deliver an exceptional experience to patients, families and visitors, from the moment they enter to the time they return home.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in a customer facing role OR an Associate's Degree and one year of experience OR a Bachelor's Degree
  • Basic PC software application knowledge and ability to use multiple data systems
  • Ability to work confidently and efficiently in an emergency department setting
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Compensation

  • You will be required to comply with this program, which will include obtaining an influenza vaccination on an annual basis or obtaining an approved exemption.
