Responsibilities
- Support recurring and ad hoc business performance reviews; manage and continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Manage execution of retail store forecasting processes, ensuring accurate data flow across inputs and outputs.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to continuously improve underlying parameters and assumptions.
- Collaborate closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including Fleet leaders, Real Estate, Finance, Data Engineers, and Analysts, to drive impactful business initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience conducting in-depth business analysis and delivering actionable insights to operational partners and business leaders, preferably within a retail environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics or equivalent years of experience required
- Experience in preparing periodic business reviews and performance assessments, delivering clear hypotheses, insights, and recommendations through presentations and written reports.
- Experience in communicating complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders, translating insights into clear recommendations and explaining the underlying drivers.
Skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to define measurement frameworks starting from a business problem.
