Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop net-new business opportunities within target industries, microverticals, and geographic markets.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound prospecting, networking, association engagement, referrals, and strategic campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Alliance Managers, and executive leadership to develop account strategies and pursuit plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Controllers, and Private Equity stakeholders.
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales methodologies to maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and activity management.
  • Support industry-specific go-to-market initiatives, events, webinars, roundtables, and association partnerships.
  • Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies targeting strategic enterprise and mid-market organizations.
  • Work closely with Oracle NetSuite sales teams, strategic alliance partners, and referral networks to identify and influence opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales development, account management, technology consulting, SaaS, ERP, or professional services sales.
  • Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or NetSuite CRM.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and building sales pipeline.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Required Skills:

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, cloud software, digital transformation, or technology consulting environments preferred.

  • $110,000 to $130,000
  • In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above.
  • The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
