About the role
- 5+ years experience of administering DataStage (ETL development tool) product. (administration includes new set up of the tool, setting up infrastructure in Unix/ Linux platform, also performance tuning of the product.
- Minimum of 2 years experience setting up DataStage 9.1 products and making recommendations for best practices of tool set up preferably in an enterprise environment, open to midsized as well.
- Not ETL coding but will need to be able to decipher if issues are code related or systems related.
Requirements
- Reliable Software has the ability to quickly respond to technology initiatives by strategically acquiring skills and managing available resources.
Nice to have
- Database experience: Sybase, Oracle or Greenplum.
