Requirements

  • Your expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
  • An ability to communicate with your team, agencies, and clients for notice resolution.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer Visas at this time.
  • Experience with multi-state and multi-client payroll taxes. Payroll Service Bureau (SBO) experience makes you a strong prospect.
  • Previous payroll technology skills, including advanced MS Excel, payroll software systems (Evolution Payroll software preferred, but not required), or even better payroll tax software systems.
  • A High School Diploma or GED. Advanced education in accounting, business administration or other relevant coursework a plus.

  • Your in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local processes and regulations will provide world class service to our clients.
  • You will bring value every day with having a voice to enhance processes and avoid discrepancies with tax agencies.
  • Proficiency with common practices on resolving tax discrepancies from beginning to end.
  • Familiarity of federal, state, and local tax return and payment submission.
  • Strategize with peers and leadership on root cause of notices and processing filings.

Your in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local processes and regulations will provide world class service to our clients.
