About the role

  • The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
  • Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle

Requirements

  • EPA Certification required
  • Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits
  • Ability to explain technical issues and recommendations to homeowners
  • The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, and takes pride in helping homeowners solve their comfort issues.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
