About the role

The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA.
With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and key bridge refurbishments.
Construction is set to begin in late 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.

They will work closely with technical, construction, and commercial teams to evaluate proposals, prepare comparison sheets, assist in negotiations, and support award recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or subcontract administration within construction or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with tendering processes, supplier coordination, and procurement systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Knowledge of construction subcontractor and supplier markets is an advantage.
