Answering emails in a timely fashion, building Peak shipments, quoting loads, and tracking the running loads.
Optimize expedited activity and determine the most optimal mode of transit based on customer requirements.
Create new OBC shipments with all relative information provided by the customer. Either via email or phone call.
Maintain compliance with Ascent procedures and establish accurate timelines for purpose of adequately scheduling trucking and ground handling services at various airports.
Maintain awareness and visualize shipment activity in efforts to maintain compliance with all milestone management details and escalation.
Read, comprehend, understand, and validate all documents necessary for a Hand carry.
Effectively manage all channels of communication utilized within the Ascent OBC operation.
Precisely and chronologically document the various events throughout the Hand carry lifecycle using standardized templates.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Must be able to think and react quickly with a sense of urgency to time-sensitive problem situations.
Must be able to remain calm during adverse conditions.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The schedule for this role is Tuesday - Saturday 2330 - 0730
