Responsibilities
- As the founding member of our Growth team, you'll own the work that moves the numbers - sign-ups, activation, conversion, retention, revenue - and build the infrastructure that lets us test and ship faster than anyone else.
- Find the 10x wins hiding in the data, kill the bottlenecks, design for the next order of magnitude
- 0→1 monetization work, scaling growth from early stage through Series B+, or building experimentation platforms from scratch
Requirements
- A track record of actually moving business metrics - revenue, activation, retention - at real scale
- Experience with payments, billing, and fraud at scale
Skills
- Fluency in TypeScript, React, and Node (or the equivalent elsewhere - fundamentals matter more than logos on a resume)
