About the role

Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including labeling, documentation, and coordination with carriers.
Maintain an organized and accessible inventory system
pull and kit components for builds as needed.
Cross-reference bills of materials (BOMs) against current inventory to identify assemblies as "Clear to Build"
Track and manage the status of open orders, follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast material needs and prevent shortages.
Support improvements to inventory management systems and logistics processes.
Maintain an organized and accessible inventory system; pull and kit components for builds as needed.

This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring readiness for assembly builds.

2 years prior experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse management, or inventory control.
Familiarity with inventory tracking software, spreadsheets, and BOM management.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or related equipment as needed.
