Responsibilities
- Support in the preparation and dissemination of information and communication materials, as well as the coordination of meeting schedules
- Champion improvements in processes and systems to create increased efficiencies and stakeholder satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidentiality is important - some of the projects within the remit of the department can be highly sensitive business initiatives.

Skills
- University Science or Business degree.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interface with external, internal and GSK
- Innovative, solution-based thinker with the ability to simplify processes
- Results oriented with proven ability to shift priorities at short notice and work to demanding deadlines.
- Proven ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Demonstrates a focus on results, with a proven capacity to prioritize
- Strong computer skills to work with various databases and MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Benefits
- Support the Medical Education Managers with day-to-day operations
- Support the Medical Education team in executing Therapy Area-specific assignments to enhance educational strategies
- Assist in the overall execution of educational programs and coordination of contracts, evaluations, attendance, and other needs associated with the programs
- Support change management initiatives for Medical Education optimization while ensuring that all changes comply with policies & internal requirements
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support, enhance, and implement medical education strategies
- Lead special assignments related to medical education with broad business impact
- Identify and enable operational efficiency between the Medical Education team and other cross-functional teams
- respiratory, immunology and inflammation; oncology; HIV; and infectious diseases - to impact health at scale.
