About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, install, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, transformers, switchgear, motors, and other electrical components.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed.
  • Promote company culture to create a positive work environment while adhering to company values.

Requirements

  • Completion of a certified apprenticeship program or a minimum of four years of prior experience in commercial electrical installation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform occasional walking, climbing stairs, or navigating active construction sites while wearing required PPE.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards, construction safety practices, and regulatory compliance requirements preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel occasionally to jobsites.
