Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, planning, and analysis skills are required.
- Strong relationship management, organizing, and customer service skills are required.
- Background check required.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software or sub-ledger is preferred.
- Understanding of ledger accounts is preferred.
Compensation
- The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $27.42 - $34.28. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
- Additional Compensation
- and a tuition reimbursement program. The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
- Providing support for annual internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and cross-checking financial statements and footnotes.
