- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- 3 or more years relevant training in two or more maintenance trades, specifically mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC controls, robotics and pneumatics
- HS diploma or GED required
- Associates degree or technical certifications preferred
- Previous experience training and/or leading others desired
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of spreadsheet or database software preferred
