About the role

  • This is a hybrid role based in New York City or Washington, DC.
  • Team members are expected to work in their local office three days per week.
  • LexisNexis' Legal News division (Law360/Law360 Pulse/MLex) is looking for a dedicated audience engagement manager who can help deepen and grow subscriber engagement with our journalism.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex data into concise insights that support editorial decision-making.
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B headline tests.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and editorial teams on content promotion strategies.
  • Help build trust and understanding of engagement metrics across the newsroom.
  • This is a newly created position with the opportunity to make a significant impact as we build this team from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Experience in audience development, digital marketing, or content analytics.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Parse.ly, Chartbeat.
  • Ability to identify patterns in data and communicate insights in plain, accessible language.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a newsroom, media, or editorial analytics environment highly preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results preferred.

Compensation

  • New York, NY $114,300 - $190,500.
  • Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
  • $95,300 - $158,800.
