About the role
- Oversees the day-to-day activities at the program and ensures the safety and security of residents at all times.
- Responsible for completing regular rounds, facilitating groups, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Provides crisis intervention and medication monitoring.
Responsibilities
- 911 / Best Team Emergency Services Program Director Senior Clinical Staff on Site Responsible for crisis intervention, counseling, and groups as needed Must participate in all mandatory safety and security trainings Must participate in regularly scheduled Program and All Agency meetings Coordinate all scheduled client activities and refers clients to appropriate staff for support.
Requirements
- Must have computer/data entry skills.
- Must be familiar with the structure and activities that occur during each shift Implement all safety and security requirements for the house, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and alarm and camera monitoring.
Nice to have
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
- Minimum (2) years' experience as a Recovery Specialist/House Manager in a residential program Experience working at a front desk area preferred
Compensation
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
