About the role

Our NYC team is seeking a skilled and dedicated Program Manager to support and oversee the development and execution of software projects within our organization.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure the timely and successful completion of software projects in alignment with the organization's objectives.

Lead Agile and Scrum practices and facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog grooming and task prioritization.
Maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners.

Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in software project management.
Strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
Ensure teams have access to required tools and resources.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). - Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in software project management. - Strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams. - In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Waterfall or hybrid exposure is beneficial. - Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. - Agile certifications (PMP, PgMP, CSM, CSPO) are a plus. - Strategic thinker who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled at guiding a team.
