About the role

  • This position helps ensure operational accuracy through timely system updates, effective communication, and coordination across departments.
  • Essential Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Track operational tasks, timelines, and outstanding items to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for warehouse operations through accurate data entry, documentation, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain and update operational reports, warehouse records, labels, and system information.
  • Communicate professionally with warehouse associates, supervisors, transportation, and other support departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, workstreams, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • The Role: Night Warehouse Operations Clerks provide administrative support to warehouse operations by performing essential office functions, including data entry, record maintenance, reporting, label creation, and operational documentation.
  • To find success in this role, candidates will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ten‑key by touch proficiency (approximately 5,000 keystrokes per hour).
  • Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment within defined guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once expectations are defined.
  • Professional phone presence and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.

Nice to have

  • Preferred Skills & Experience
  • At least two (2) years of AS400 experience strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

  • Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
