About the role
- D2B Groups is seeking a skilled Diesel Generator Field Technician to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel generators across various client sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to diagnose and repair generator faults.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, inspection, and maintenance of diesel generators and related equipment on customer sites.
- Maintain detailed service reports and logs for all field activities.
- Collaborate effectively with the technical team and communicate clearly with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- You will ensure the reliable operation of backup power systems, working closely with clients to provide superior service and technical support.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Automatic Transfer Switches and natural gas engines is a plus.
