About the role

Responsibilities
- You'll receive training and support to launch a career in Behavior Therapy and grow as an individual.
- Mentoring from lead clinical staff
- You'll help to build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18-years-old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run, (without reasonable accommodations), see with prescription lenses, and hear with hearing aids.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work with computers.
- Consistent availability from Monday through Friday. Part-time shifts available.
- RBT/ CBT certification preferred. Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment (MeBe will help you!)
- Prefer a background in child care
- teaching, counseling, babysitting.
- If residing in San Diego, AZ, or VA, must obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients
- Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent- required. A bachelor's degree in areas like Pediatrics or Human Development (Biology) is preferred.

Nice to have
- RBT/ CBT certification preferred.

- Previous training in First Aid Certified and CPR is preferred

- $20k-$24k
