About the role
- The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the daily operations of the human resources office.
- The position will report to the Associate Director.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
- Support HR projects, programs, workshops, and special initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, and federal, state, and other applicable human resources related laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
- Ability to analyze situations and determine the best recourse for response.
- The successful candidate must be able to show acceptable documentation establishing the right to accept employment in the United States of America without employer sponsorship.
- (Preferences)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Public
- Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education
- and experience may be considered.
- Two (2) years of professional experience in human resources,
- administrative support, or a related field.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management,
- or customer service.
- Experience with Human Resources information systems i.e. Workday and
- electronic record management.

- Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll
- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Compensation
- $60,000 - $70,000
- Coordinate and distribute salary letters (administrative).
- Accounts (TIAA, Fidelity, or MSRP-Nationwide) with $600 annual state
