About the role

- This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services in compliance with the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH).
Responsibilities
- Monitor prescribing practices and support safe medication management
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership on program development and strategic initiatives
- Support interdisciplinary care coordination and participate in case conferences
Requirements
- Experience with OMH Article 31 clinics and regulatory standards
Nice to have
- Board-certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry preferred
Skills
- Strong diagnostic and psychopharmacological treatment expertise
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and quality care

- M.D. from an accredited medical school
- Leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health settings
