About the role
- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team.
- You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering relevant products and services to meet their needs.
- Our customer service department is open 5 days a week, 8:00am through 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or call center
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers and CRM software
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

- Experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience in Food and Agriculture, Health, Wellness or Nutrition
- Positive attitude and team player
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets
- Closing deals effectively
- Confidence in presenting products/services
- Handling objections professionally

- Base pay plus commission
