About the role

  • Reporting to the Program Manager for Corporate IT Asset Management at FNF, this role will provide technical and process leadership for internal and external clients.
  • This position is hybrid based out of our Jacksonville, FL office.

Responsibilities

  • From investments in title and escrow software to industry-leading real estate partner solutions, we take our commitment to provide real estate professionals and consumers with a truly reimagined, transparent, connected, and trusted real estate experience to heart.
  • Implement and maintain HAM capabilities such as asset lifecycle management, procurement, inventory, refresh, and disposal processes, using both ServiceNow-supported processes and others.
  • Develop and enhance Service Portal components for self-service asset requests, tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead ITAM's participation in the implementation and maintenance of integrations between ServiceNow HAM and external systems, inventory management systems and discovery tools.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business, technical, and GRC to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and improve existing hardware asset management processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and strategic direction guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of job-related experience required.
  • Overall: Demonstrated experience with assisting with the management of a F500's enterprise hardware asset and inventory program in ServiceNow.
  • 5+ years' experience in working within the technology portfolio management offerings from ServiceNow.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • Demonstrated experience with assisting with the management of a F500's enterprise hardware asset and inventory program in ServiceNow.

Nice to have

  • IT project management experience in planning and implementing enterprise level systems.
  • Experience in technology product management.
  • Experience with data analysis using Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, or other similar tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Overall, this resource will help enable the business through improving IT Asset inventory technologies and processes.
