Collaborate with product management and ML teams to integrate AI-driven firmware solutions into customer applications.
Partner with ML engineers to create robust AI models that generate high-quality firmware solutions.
Support the data team by gathering large-scale firmware data for training AI models.
Evaluate and validate AI-generated firmware to ensure it meets industry standards and product requirements.
Hire, mentor, and lead a team of firmware engineers to support ongoing AI model development.
Experience in developing firmware for semiconductors, microcontrollers, ECUs, robotics, vehicles, HPC, real-time controls, system, or controls software, or similar hardware devices.

Ability to collaborate with customers and translate their needs into technical solutions.

Required Skill Sets: Deep knowledge of embedded firmware development in C/C++, with experience in real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Strong understanding of firmware architecture, hardware-software co-design, and debugging.
Experience with typical microcontroller architecture and peripherals such as ADC, DAC, PWM, Timers, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, CAN, UART).
Proficiency in debugging embedded systems using tools such as scopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
Experience with AI/ML model development or a willingness to learn and collaborate with ML teams to train firmware-generating models.
Experience with AI-driven firmware generation or similar innovative approaches.
