About the role

  • Evaluate and recommend benefit plan changes based on cost, utilization, and market competitiveness.
  • Draft and distribute communication materials and assist in delivering training to educate employees and stakeholders on Total Rewards programs.
  • Serve as a resource for Total Rewards inquiries, providing guidance and escalating complex issues as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support efforts to ensure programs meet regulatory requirements and internal standards - including 5500 filings, NDT and quarterly reviews to confirm compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience with analytical applications, using data and insights to inform decisions and identify process improvements.

Compensation

  • $84,600.00 - $141,200.00 Annual
