About the role
- The role works closely with site personnel to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks on facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
Responsibilities
- Support office moves, furniture installation, and workspace modifications.
- Support hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Maintain safety documentation, permits, and inspection records.
- Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste collection and disposal activities.
- Accordingly, candidates must either be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
- This position spends approximately 75% of time on building maintenance, repairs, and EHS responsibilities and 25% on shipping and receiving functions.
- Full-Time Building Maintenance & Repair (Approximately 60%) Perform routine inspections of building systems and equipment.
- Perform general carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and building repairs.
Requirements
- Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as required.
Skills
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 20.34-37.74 Is this role subject to ITAR?
