- This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of semiconductors, AI, and next-generation computing platforms.
- Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver global revenue targets for AI-focused solutions, including embedded processors, connectivity, power management, and system-level offerings
- Drive pipeline development, strategic deal execution, and accurate forecasting
- Build and manage executive relationships with hyperscalers, AI platform companies, OEMs, and system integrators
- Lead complex, high-value engagements involving co-development, long-term supply agreements, and ecosystem partnerships
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of global sales leaders, key account managers, and field application engineers
- Partner with HR and executive leadership on talent strategy and leadership pipeline development
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to shape AI-focused product roadmaps and positioning
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI infrastructure customers across data center, edge, and industrial segments
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on customer commitments and delivery
- Develop strategies to penetrate emerging AI ecosystems and verticals (e.g., smart manufacturing, energy, transport, and smart cities)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
Compensation
- The expected annual pay range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000.
