About the role

  • You'll be the technical authority across Salesforce CPQ, Chargebee, and NetSuite - designing the integrations, data flows, and platform standards that power our end-to-end revenue lifecycle.
  • This is a senior leadership role working closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering Globally.

Responsibilities

  • CPQ & billing design Lead solution design for Salesforce CPQ - including product catalogue, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and contract lifecycle.
  • Integration & data Own API strategy and middleware architecture connecting Salesforce, Chargebee, and NetSuite. Lead data migration planning, master data management, and integration governance across the revenue tech stack.
  • Technical leadership Serve as the senior-most Salesforce authority in the organisation. Mentor developers and consultants, conduct design reviews, and guide teams through complex cross-system challenges.
  • Stakeholder collaboration Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and commercial leadership to align the platform roadmap with business priorities. Translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences.
  • Architecture & strategy Define and document the end-to-end architecture spanning Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Chargebee, and NetSuite.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs

Compensation

  • Circa 140k - 170k CAD
