About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the growth of the account by prospecting, evaluating and proposing additional Equisoft products and services in support of the client's business and technology objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and assist in overseeing the planning, management and implementation of customer projects related to Equisoft's products and services to ensure all customer commitments are met.
- The Account Manager will manage and report regularly against the account plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Insurance, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with strong account management, relationship management and/or business development experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Insurance and/or Wealth Distribution market (advisors, brokers, general agents, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Program and Project Management
- Must have experience with proposal creation and contract management
- Consulting experience in IT and/or in the insurance industry
- Must be willing to travel 30-40% monthly
- Excellent knowledge of English (Written and Oral)
- Must have experience interacting with and building executive level client relationships
- Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
