About the role

Initially, the position will be part-time and focused on supporting the agency's start-up, caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and operational readiness.
As our client base grows, this position is expected to transition into a full-time leadership role.

Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and ongoing support.
Support new client onboarding and assist with care coordination.
Build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.

We are excited to bring that mission to Jupiter and are looking for a Care Manager who is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting caregivers, and delivering exceptional service to seniors and their families.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to pass all required background screenings.
Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience and the responsibilities required during the pre-opening phase.

Leadership, scheduling, recruiting, or caregiver management experience is highly preferred.

As the agency begins serving clients and the role expands, compensation and hours will increase accordingly.

Flexible scheduling during the pre-opening phase.
Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, staffing, or case management preferred.
