About the role

  • The Regional Fleet Specialist is responsible for driving accountability, promoting compliance with fleet policies, and ensuring timely resolution of exceptions through effective coordination and communication.
  • This role also serves as a key escalation point for fleet-related service issues, partnering closely with field leaders, drivers, and regional contacts at the fleet management company (FMC).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional FMC associates to monitor service delivery and follow up on outstanding or exception cases.
  • Drive SLAs/KPIs to operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, fleet operations, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in fleet operations or with field-based teams.
  • Familiarity with exception reporting and escalation workflows.
  • Understanding of fleet compliance standards and service coordination.

Compensation

  • $67,900-84,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
