About the role

Build features across Substack to support user activation and conversion.
Iterate on key user flows in Substack, and run A/B tests to improve activation metrics and drive growth.
Collaborate with designers, writers, support staff, and many others. From product concept and research to implementation, experimentation, and measurement, we expect you to own your work and deliver high-quality solutions.
You'll be responsible for building and supporting features that empower the world's most ambitious media founders to build on Substack.
You'll be on the front-lines of product development, running experiments and iterating rapidly to grow our platform and create what's next for Substack!

At least 2-8 years of software engineering experience with full stack development.
Have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
