About the role
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for leading crews in the construction of overhead and underground electrical power distribution systems.
- Please Note: This position will require travel to various sites across Ontario to projects on unionized worksites.
- We have the capabilities, knowledge, and resources to take on any project, any size, any complexity, anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct morning tailboard with entire crew present Enforce safety compliance, including but not limited to safety glasses, steel toe boots, high visibility clothing, face guards, etc.
- This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical ability, mentoring capacity, and commitment to safety will directly support our operations and team culture.
Requirements
- Candidates must be willing to join Canadian Union of Skilled Workers (CUSW).
Compensation
- $55k-$65k
