- Role Summary As Counsel for the Capital Markets team you will play an integral role in supporting the existing, multi-billion dollar portfolio and financing Rowan's rapidly growing pipeline of data center and power infrastructure projects.

- Conduct and manage transaction due diligence
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have experience with financing large-scale digital infrastructure or similar projects and have a passion for sustainable development.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience with data center transactions is a plus

- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
Compensation
- Structure, draft and negotiate financing documents
- Provide practical advice on financing agreements and issues
- Manage deal teams and processes
- Exercise good legal, commercial and business judgment
- Anticipate, identify and resolve business and legal risks
- Communicate deal terms and status to stakeholders
Benefits
- Compensation: $175k - $215k (Offers Bonus)
- Proficiency with asset-backed securitizations and other bonds, mezzanine / preferred equity, private credit, portfolio and corporate credit, sale leaseback, and/or equipment-backed structures is a plus
