About the role

Manager to list the top 5 critical duties for this role (these will be used to qualify/measure a new hire during their probationary performance review).
Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, orientations, field trips, completion ceremonies, and special events.

Develop new and unique ways to improve the image and functional capacity of the organization and to create new opportunities.
Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others are consistent with these standards and align with the values of the organization.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization.

The ideal candidate is an engaging public speaker, effective educator, and relationship builder who is passionate about strengthening families and empowering parents through practical life and relationship skills.
Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate participant records, assessments, sign-in sheets, and required documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with funder and agency reporting requirements and submission deadlines.

Experience working with families, parents, youth, or community-based programs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred.
Experience with community outreach, partnership development, or participant recruitment.
They possess strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, enabling them to respond effectively to challenges, changing priorities, and participant needs.
Proactiveness and initiative are highly valued.
Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
