About the role

  • This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York City or South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.
  • Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.

Responsibilities

  • Own category performance across business operations, customer experience, partner relationships, and P&L management
  • Define and execute the customer experience strategy and roadmap, delivering impactful products and features that drive measurable business results
  • Own executive-level partner relationships, driving strategic initiatives that accelerate growth, create long-term value, and strengthen competitive positioning
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver business outcomes.
  • The platform combines industry-leading distribution, proprietary data models, and AI-enabled applications to drive meaningful growth for strategic partners.
  • Our strategic partners include Fortune 500 companies looking to fuel their growth objectives with unique user journeys and unmatched scale.
  • In this role, Director of Digital Operations, you'll build & grow the Security and Insurance categories of the Mover Platform partnering with Fortune 500 companies to build integrated experiences for both new customer growth & retention of existing customers.
  • You'll manage an internal team of cross-functional roles to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of leadership experience driving growth in digital businesses, with experience managing external partnerships and optimizing customer acquisition and engagement strategies
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and present your recommended strategy and gain buy-in across a diverse functional team, both internal and external.

Compensation

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $140,000 - $210,000 per year
  • New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $175,000 - $262,000 per year
  • This role is also eligible for a target bonus. Equity may be offered separately and not included in total cash compensation. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
