About the role

  • The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound business judgment, and experience working within the OEM, VAR, or technology solutions space.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks; escalate issues as appropriate
  • Assist with process improvements related to contract management and review workflows

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, and leadership) to align contract terms with business goals
  • Maintain templates and standard contract language to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation
  • Strong understanding of common contract structures (MSA, SOW, NDA, etc.)
  • Proven ability to independently review and redline contracts with minimal oversight
  • Juris Doctor
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a high-growth or services-driven organization
  • Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and optimizing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system (e.g., Ironclad strongly preferred)
  • Will be based in the Boise, Idaho area (including Meridian and surrounding communities) or willing to relocate to the Boise/Meridian area
  • Experience in the OEM, VAR, IT services, or technology solutions industry strongly preferred
