About the role
- The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound business judgment, and experience working within the OEM, VAR, or technology solutions space.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks; escalate issues as appropriate
- Assist with process improvements related to contract management and review workflows
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, and leadership) to align contract terms with business goals
- Maintain templates and standard contract language to improve efficiency

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation
- Strong understanding of common contract structures (MSA, SOW, NDA, etc.)
- Proven ability to independently review and redline contracts with minimal oversight
- Juris Doctor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience working in a high-growth or services-driven organization
- Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and optimizing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system (e.g., Ironclad strongly preferred)
- Will be based in the Boise, Idaho area (including Meridian and surrounding communities) or willing to relocate to the Boise/Meridian area
- Experience in the OEM, VAR, IT services, or technology solutions industry strongly preferred
