This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

Incumbent is responsible for administrative operations with the Command Group of U.S. Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS), to include logistical, personnel management, document control, automation and integration activities in support of the Command Group, Head Quarters Staff, and Brigades.
One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Manage travel Defense Travel System (DTS) and credit card (GPC/GTCC) programs to ensure all purchases and travel requests follow Department of Defense (DoD) and Army rules. (2) Coordinate staff level projects such as conference and briefings; and (3) Interpret regulations to evaluate administrative processes.
