Responsibilities
- Process payments, checks, and remittance documents
- Perform high-volume data entry, including keying and 10‑key functions
- Scan, image, and archive checks and documents
- Rotate and support multiple functional areas within the department
- The Lockbox Operations Processor provides cross-functional production support across Operations Services.
- This role focuses on processing payments and documents, including high-volume data entry and 10‑key keying, scanning, sorting mail, and working across multiple areas within the department.
Requirements
- Experience with high-volume data entry, including keying and 10‑key
- Knowledge of related products, systems, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze data and resolve exceptions
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including repetitive motions, lifting trays, and pushing carts
- Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.
