- A Test Manager oversees the entire hardware and software testing lifecycle, ensuring products meet quality and are ready to ship and deploy.

Requirements
- Ability to clearly articulate problems, solutions, risks, rewards etc. (written and verbal)
Nice to have
- Authoring comprehensive test strategies, schedules, frameworks, and methodologies that align with program and organizational testing goals.
- Identifying, tracking, managing, and mitigating risks to test and release schedules, and communicating those clearly and frequently to stakeholders
- Designing and executing qualification and acceptance testing for multiple concurrent systems and product releases.
- Creating and managing test artifacts and reports as needed for system verification and certification
- Creating and managing automated test and testing infrastructure, assets, and tooling across multiple testing environments
- Leading, scheduling, and tasking a team of system test and evaluation engineers
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems integration and end-to-end testing for a weapon, combat, or tactical systems.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in systems integration for a Navy tactical system preferred
