About the role
- A Program Manager is responsible for the overall efficiency and quality of the program.
- They will assure that each person receives the services identified by the persons team.
Responsibilities
- Other Duties · Attend team meetings as needed for the person. · Coordinate transportation or training of public transportation for persons to be able to access his/her community. · Maintain communication between the person, family members, and funding source. · Follow the company's three guiding principles: Team Work, Communication, & Respect. · Other duties as assigned.
- They provide oversight and supervision of Coordinators/Lead Staff and employees/contractors that provide support to persons with disabilities.

- Qualifications · Education or experience equivalent to undergraduate degree in business, social services, or other human service field of study. · Experience working with people with disabilities, children, or elderly persons. · A criminal background check must be completed and meet state regulations. · A copy of driver's license and car insurance is required (only in special circumstance will a person not be required to have these documents). · Three positive references; at least two from previous employers. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
