About the role
- This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in our Mountain View HQ.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on People partner to leaders across organizational design, talent planning, team effectiveness, and workforce decisions
- Develop and support retention strategies for critical talent and teams
- Build strong relationships across the teams you support and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and organizational issues
- Build scalable processes that improve consistency, decision-making, and manager effectiveness
- Maintain strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all people-related matters
- Experienced with HR tools, automation, and AI, with the ability to build self-service resources, automate repeatable work, and create practical solutions that help managers move faster and operate more independently.
- Exceptional organizational and project planning skills, with the ability to get into the details, create structure, align stakeholders, and drive work through completion.
