About the role

As a Project Manager your key accountabilities will involve:
Planning and managing daily operations and construction schedules while monitoring project progress.
Monitoring expenditures effectively, reviewing invoices in detail, and managing labour and material costs according to the project budget and underlying estimate.

As a Project Manager you will manage construction projects valued at over $50 million from a business perspective.
You will work closely with the Construction Superintendent throughout the construction process to deliver the best building and service possible for our clients.
You will be responsible for the on-time completion of a quality project, maximizing efficiency, controlling costs, and building relationships with every person involved in the project.

3-5 years of construction management experience, preferably with a general contractor.
Experience managing projects valued at over $50 million.
Experience with commercial, multi-family residential, and industrial construction.
