About the role
- We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team.
- This is a great opportunity for someone curious about talent acquisition, people operations, HR tech, and the craft of hiring.
- ▶ Work with bright, driven peers from a range of educational and professional backgrounds including software development, energy, engineering, entrepreneurship, investment banking, private equity, and management consulting
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scorecards, job templates, and offer letter templates
- Generate reports and pull recruiting metrics to support weekly team updates
- Update and maintain our careers landing pages and job descriptions for accuracy and brand consistency
- Collaborate with the team to refresh content on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer brand platforms
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and refine candidate-facing communications, including outreach templates, interview prep materials, and status update emails
- Collaborate with marketing to create and update hiring manager resources such as interview guides, role kick-off templates, and process FAQs
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with an ATS (especially Greenhouse) is a plus, but not required
- Genuine curiosity about talent acquisition, people operations, and how great teams are built
- Real-world experience with industry-standard recruiting tools including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exposure to full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels
- Mentorship from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals
- A strong foundation for a career in Talent Acquisition and People Operations
