- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Able to execute project design responsibilities with little supervision - Sizing and layout of equipment and distribution systems such as sprinkler heads and piping - Perform hydraulic calculations, selection and layout of equipment, and piping system design for fire sprinkler systems - Create spool drawings that are clearly labeled and accurately dimensioned for construction feasibility and pre-fabrication - Assist in the development of the systems submittals and approval process thereof - Assist with coordination of design and installation in new construction and retrofit projects with project management and field staff - Field engineering: assist with project execution, site surveys, trade coordination, scheduling, document management and problem solving, as required - S...
