You'll manage client relationships independently, ensuring service quality and satisfaction across all deliverables.
You'll collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.
You apply strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills to identify issues, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
You communicate professionally through clear verbal and written communication while building positive client and team relationships.
You effectively manage priorities, meet deadlines under pressure, and take initiative as a proactive, goal-oriented team player.
Through IQ-EQ Launchpad we support women managers launching their first fund, in an environment where only 15% of all private equity and venture capital firms are gender balanced.

You'll also review and occasionally prepare complex monthly client reports, requiring strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
You bring a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with 4+ years of relevant professional experience and direct client-facing expertise.
You demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintain exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in your work.

You'll train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($88,000-$110,000).
