Responsibilities

  • You'll manage client relationships independently, ensuring service quality and satisfaction across all deliverables.
  • You'll collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.
  • You apply strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and research skills to identify issues, solve problems, and deliver effective solutions.
  • You communicate professionally through clear verbal and written communication while building positive client and team relationships.
  • You effectively manage priorities, meet deadlines under pressure, and take initiative as a proactive, goal-oriented team player.
  • Through IQ-EQ Launchpad we support women managers launching their first fund, in an environment where only 15% of all private equity and venture capital firms are gender balanced.

Requirements

  • You'll also review and occasionally prepare complex monthly client reports, requiring strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • You bring a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with 4+ years of relevant professional experience and direct client-facing expertise.
  • You demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintain exceptional organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in your work.

Compensation

  • You'll train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
  • The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($88,000-$110,000).
