Responsibilities

  • Act as senior strategic lead and trusted advisor to market access client stakeholders
  • Drive long-term brand and market access strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business initiatives
  • Understand patient support and access trends and requirements
  • Mentor and develop account leadership talent
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions
  • From strategy through execution, we focus on accuracy, transparency, and scientific value to create programs that are evidence-based, clinically relevant, and contribute to the development of our clients' brands.
  • The VP, Account Supervisor serves as a senior strategic partner to clients, providing executive leadership across accounts while driving business growth, team development, and market access excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven success managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
  • College Degree, preferably in marketing, pharmaceutical advertising, or communications

Compensation
