About the role
- Heirloom Cloud Corporation is seeking motivated Digitizing Specialists to help preserve priceless family memories and historical media for customers across the United States. This role supports the conversion of aging formats—including VHS tapes, film reels, photo albums, slides, DVDs, and legacy storage media—into secure digital formats for future
- Digitizing Specialists play a critical role in delivering exceptional quality, accuracy, and customer trust while working alongside a collaborative operations and customer success team in a fast-growing technology-enabled preservation company.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, sort, and document inbound customer orders
- Perform quality control checks on digitized content
- Collaborate with Operations Team members to maintain efficient production workflows
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure production environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational innovation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, production, technical operations, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, technology, media, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with media production, electronics, photography, audio/video equipment, or archival work is a plus
